Llanelli Agilis Sprint Triathlon
The Llanelli Agilis Sprint Triathlon is an open water event held at North Dock in the Millennium Coastal Park. The race begins with a 750 m swim in the sheltered waters of North Dock, followed by a road bike stage and a finishing run along the coastal path.

- Swim: 750 m in open water at North Dock
- Bike: 30 km on flat road, coastal route towards Loughor with no 20 mph speed restrictions and no parked cars
- Run: 5 km on undulating tarmac along the Millennium Coastal Path
Transition is located at North Dock on grass and includes a short ascent. The venue has hosted the event for over 20 years and provides spectator viewing of the swim and transition areas.
