5th Annual Lids Live Well-NESS FEST, Springfield
The Lids Live Well-NESS FEST will be held on August 29, 2026, at Forest Park, 299 Sumner Ave, Springfield, MA 01108. The event gathers community resources, local vendors, food trucks, music, raffles, and fitness activities in a park setting. A 5K run/walk is part of the program.
The festival program includes a variety of fitness presentations, vendor areas, and resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Vendor and sponsor participation and regular admission options are part of the event structure. Team registration is available with a discounted rate for team participants. The first 150 registrants for the 5K will receive a free T-shirt. The event is presented in collaboration with the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department to support community engagement and access to wellness resources.
