Live Like Josh Event Overview
Live Like Josh is a multi-event community sports gathering held at the University of West Georgia Athletic complex in Carrollton. Organized by a nonprofit foundation, the event aims to raise awareness for Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (CVS) while supporting local scholarships. Participants can choose from several physical activities that utilize the university's athletic facilities and campus landmarks.

- Touchdown Dash for Josh for children 10 and under
- Virtual 5K
The 5K course travels around the athletic complex, showcasing the stadium, the wolf statue, and various athletic fields. The 1.1 mile walk consists of a loop around the Wolves Football Field, following the path from the start to the finish line. Children participating in the Touchdown Dash run directly on the football field.
The event is open to all ability levels. Participants may register as individuals or as part of a group to compete for a team prize based on the highest number of members. Race medals for the 5K are awarded across various age categories, ranging from 9 and under to 70 and older, for both male and female participants.
Early packet pick-up is available at the SoleRoots Store in Carrollton during the days leading up to the race. On-site registration and check-in take place at the Stadium Concourse.
