Little Miracles 5K - Springfield, IL
The Little Miracles event is a community run/walk on June 20, 2026 at Washington Park Pavilion, 1501 S Grand Ave W, Springfield, IL 62704. The event raises funds for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at HSHS St. John's Children's Hospital.

Registration opens January 22, 2026 and most race registrations close May 19, 2026. Standard registration fees are $35 for the 3K and 5K and $25 for youth races; the kid's race is free. T-shirt cutoff is Monday, June 1, 2026 with no guarantee of a shirt after that date.
Packet pickup is available on June 19 at the Hollis Building, 3051 Hollis Drive, Springfield, and race day pickup is also provided. Overall finish times are recorded and texted to participants at the finish, with results posted online after the event.
Awards include a finisher medal for all participants, overall 1st through 3rd place medals for male and female in the 3K and 5K, and medallions for the top three male and female in each age bracket to pin on the finisher medal. Age brackets: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and above. Additional awards recognize the top fundraising team and top fundraising individual.
