Little Falls Spooky Sprint 5K
The Little Falls Spooky Sprint is a community 5K road race held on October 18, 2026, at the Little Falls Sports & Recreation Complex, 160 Paterson Ave, Little Falls, NJ 07424. The course is USATF sanctioned and described as flat. The route follows the same course used for the Run Little Falls 5K (2021).
Net proceeds from the event will support improvements to Little Falls recreational facilities and programs. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages. Costumes are encouraged, and awards will be presented for top running times and best costumes.
Online registration details include a registration fee of $30.00, registration opening on June 3, 2026, and registration closing on October 9, 2026. Participants who register online by October 6 will receive a T-Shirt and a draw string swag bag. Same-day registration is available with payment by check or exact cash only.
