About the race
The Litchfield Hills Triathlon in New Hartford, Connecticut takes place at West Hill Lake and follows Olympic-distance format. The event features a 1500 m swim in West Hill Lake, a hilly 40K bike course through the surrounding uplands, and a 10K run on rural back roads.
