Logistics and awards
Packet pick up is at the Lincolnwood Community Center (4170 Morse Ave) on specified days the week of the race, with additional pick up on race day in the race village near Proesel Park Family Aquatic Center. All registered racers receive a long-sleeved shirt, race bib, and pins in their packet. All finishers receive a finisher's medal at the finish line. Shirt sizes may be exchanged following the race, and packet pick up for fellow runners is allowed with group instructions provided.
Awards are issued to overall and age-division finishers; overall winners are based on gun time and age-division winners on chip time. Medals are awarded for 1st through 3rd place by age division and gender, and additional awards recognize top Lincolnwood resident finishers. The event will run rain or shine; the race director may cancel, alter, or postpone the event for severe weather, and no refunds will be given if the race is canceled for uncontrollable circumstances.
