Limit Zero HYROX Simulation Event
The event takes place at North Hagley Park in Christchurch on Saturday 10 October 2026. The organiser uses the same equipment as an official HYROX and sets stations under a marquee.
Sled work will be performed on turf laid over the grass. Wall balls are mounted on an A-frame. There is no time limit for completing the course.
The format combines running and strength stations. Participants start with a 1 km run and complete a further 1 km run between each station, totalling 8 km of running and eight strength exercises.

- SKIERG 1,000 m
- Sled push 50 m total
- Sled pull 50 m total
- CTG burpee broad jump 80 m
- Rowing 1,000 m
- Farmers carry 200 m
- Weighted walking lunges 100 m
- Wall balls x 100 reps total
Competition options include individual, doubles and relay entries. In doubles both athletes run side by side and share effort on strength stations. In a four person relay each team member completes a running and equipment sequence before tagging the next member, with each member cycling through twice.
Entry fees are specified by category: Individual OPEN $170, Individual PRO $180, Doubles OPEN $240 per team, Relay OPEN $340 per team.
