About the race
The Ultra course at the Lilliput Legend Adventure Race covers a total of 65 km and combines paddling, cycling, running and climbing across multiple terrain types.
The course composition:
- Kayak 1 km
- Cycle 41 km
- Run 10 km
- Climb 770 ft Total distance 65 km
Course stages describe a sequence of legs. Competitors kayak 1 km on Lough Ennell, then cycle 20.5 km toward Croghan. The run leg is 10 km over Croghan Hill and includes a 770 ft climb; this run section contains obstacles that require participants to climb over them. After the run, participants cycle 20.5 km back to Lilliput Adventure Centre and complete a final sprint to the finish.

The Ultra route is presented as distinct stages with measured distances and a noted climb on the Croghan Hill section.
