Lil Chiggy 2026
Lil Chiggy takes place at Cape Chignecto Provincial Park in Advocate Harbour, Nova Scotia. The route starts at the Gate at Cape Chignecto Park, follows the Red Trail into Refugee Cove where participants collect a token from a volunteer that they keep, and returns to the start/finish. The course is approximately 24 kilometers, slightly more depending on GPS device.
The park is noted for its scenic character as well as significant vertical gain and single-track technical trails. The event offers one distance and a single entry option. Registration details list a fee of CA$56.26 for the Into the Cove and back entry during the stated registration period, and show 230 spots remaining. The participant list shows 70 participants.
The organizer states a firm no-refund and no-deferral policy. Transfers are permitted and a transfer deadline is listed as May 15th 2025. Race timing stops when the participant touches the gate and shows the token. A blog with additional race information will be created and published later.
