Lil Chiggy 2026
Lil Chiggy takes place at Cape Chignecto Provincial Park, W Advocate Rd, Advocate Harbour, NS, Canada, on May 31, 2026. The event starts at the gate of the park and is run entirely on the Red Trail.
Participants race directly into Refugee Cove, collect a token from a volunteer, and return to the start / finish. A competitor's time stops when they touch the gate and show their token. The distance is approximately 24 kilometres depending on GPS device.
The park is noted for its vertical gain and single track technical trails. The listed registration fee for the event Into the Cove and back is CA$56.26 and the event page showed available spots.
The organizer states there are no refunds or deferrals. Transfers of bibs are offered for participants who cannot attend. An optional Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection is mentioned and covers items such as injury, illness, COVID-19, severe weather, layoffs, and mechanical breakdowns.
