The Chiggy Ultra
The Chiggy Ultra is a challenging trail running event held at Cape Chignecto Provincial Park in Advocate Harbour, Nova Scotia, known for its stunning scenery and demanding terrain. The race features significant vertical gain of 6,400 meters, the highest in the Maritimes, across technical single-track trails. Participants can choose from multiple distances, including a 9K Rockhammer run, 19K To the Arch and Back, 30K To the Bunkhouse and Back, and ultra distances of one, two, or three loops around the park, with the longest approaching 153 kilometers.
