Light up the Knight - Night of 3200s
Light up the Knight is a community track meet on 22 July 2026 at Morris Hills Track, 520 W Main St, Rockaway, NJ 07866, US. The event is hosted by the Morris Hills Spiked Shoe Club at the track, which has a new surface.
The program includes multiple track races across age groups and distances:
- 100 Meter Fun Run - Ages 1 to 6, free, sign-up day of event
- 400 Meter Fun Run - Ages 1 to 6, early fee $5, late fee $10
- 1600 Meter - Ages 7 to 14, early fee $25, late fee $35
- 3200 Meter - Ages 15 and up, fees $25 early $35 late, heats by time
All events are mixed gender and athletes will compete unattached. Youth runners may also enter the 3200 meter race. The meet will feature music and snacks, with free ice cream and ice pops provided for youth runners. T-shirt customization will be awarded to winners of each heat for both genders, courtesy of Gary Shirts Co.
Early entry fees apply through 30 June 2026; late online entries close on 17 July 2026 and late entrants may not receive a t-shirt. Registration proceeds support the Morris Hills Spiked Shoe Club in providing equipment, covering meet expenses, and supporting a positive team experience for student-athletes.
