Each distance has its own start location and runners are transported to their starts by shuttle service. All courses are USA Track & Field (USATF) certified and sanctioned. Timing is provided by Mtec Results and participant tracking is available through the Run Stillwater app.
Race-day services and amenities include bag drop at each start, staffed water stations, restroom facilities at each start and at roughly two-mile intervals, pacers for the half and 10-mile fields, a selfie clock at the finish showing name and time, and video and photo results accessible after the race. Finish-line recovery items include water, Gatorade, salty snacks and fruit; a complimentary finish-line beer or cold beverage is redeemable at Lift Bridge Brewing Company tap rooms in Stillwater and New Richmond. Showers are available for registered runners at River Valley Athletic Club. Runners receive a gender-specific premium cotton blend shirt and collectible finisher medals; personalized bibs and keepsake age-group awards are also provided.
