LifeWise 5K for Allen County : Elida, Ohio
This community event in Elida, Ohio supports LifeWise Academy programs in Allen County. The program serves public school students across several districts and invites participants to pick a team to support their local LifeWise site. The event includes a main 5K run/walk and a separate 1K fun run for children.

- 5K through the village of Elida on mostly flat terrain.
- 1K fun run around the elementary soccer and baseball fields.
Water stations are provided along the 5K course near mile markers one and two. Post-race refreshments include hotdogs, fruit, and water for participants. The 1K fun run offers on-course items such as sausage McGriddles. Prize drawings are held for bib holders after the race, and medal awards are given to top finishers: top three men and women in Under 40 and Masters divisions, and top boys and girls in youth categories U10, 11-14, and 15-18.
Registration fees vary by date, for example $24 for adults and $14 for youth through July 31, with higher rates later and an increased fee on race day.
