Lifeline Duathlon benefiting 232-HELP
The Lifeline Duathlon benefiting 232-HELP takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 in Lafayette, LA. The race starts and finishes at Parc Sans Souci, 201 E. Vermilion St., Lafayette, LA 70501. The course format is a run-bike-run:
- 2 miles run
- 10 miles bike
- 2 miles run
Solo entries and relay teams are offered. Team options include 2-person and 3-person relays with mixed, male, and female categories. Entry fees listed are $45 for the solo event, $90 for two-person teams, and $135 for three-person teams. Prices increase after February 14, 2026. The event is open to ages 1 to 100.
Awards, shirts and other notes
Awards for solo participants are 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for male and female solo competitors. Relay awards are given to 1st place teams in these categories: two-person mixed, two-person male, two-person female, three-person mixed, three-person male, and three-person female; each member of a winning relay receives an award. There are no age-group awards for 2026. All shirts are unisex; the deadline to be guaranteed a shirt is Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
