Event Format
The Lifeline Duathlon is a multi-sport event consisting of a 2-mile run, a 10-mile bike, and another 2-mile run. The event benefits 232-HELP/Louisiana 211. It is held in Lafayette, starting and finishing at Parc Sans Souci at 201 E. Vermilion St.
Participant Options
Participants can enter the duathlon individually or as part of a relay team.

- 3-Person Relay Team
Relay teams are offered in male, female, and mixed categories.
Awards
For the 2026 edition, awards will be given to the top three male and female solo participants. Awards will also be given to the first-place teams in each relay category (2-person male, female, mixed and 3-person male, female, mixed). Each member of a winning relay team receives an award. There are no age group awards for this year.
Additional Information
The event offers a unisex shirt for participants who register by a specified deadline. Registration is open to a wide age range. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
