About the race
The Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon takes place on June 5, 2027 at Lewisburg Area Recreation Park in Lewisburg, PA. The event is organized by Rise Up Racing and offers individual and relay options.
Race distances:
- 300-yard outdoor pool swim
- 15-mile rolling bike ride on open roads
- 5K flat out-and-back run
Entry options include an Individual Triathlon (ages 12 and up) and 2-person and 3-person relay teams. Athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian signature and must be able to complete the full course distance. Registration fees listed for the events are $99 for individual entries and $115 for relay teams; registration windows are provided by the organizer.
Starts are organized by age group and relay seeding based on estimated 300-yard swim times. Individual athletes are sent 5 seconds apart with a 2 minute break between age groups; relays have a separate corral. Corralling takes place in the front parking lot of the pool area and athletes will receive chip timing devices on deck. Spectators may be on the pool deck only when their athlete is being ushered in and must enter the pool deck via the locker room or main entrance.
Additional event details include a pre race beginner triathlon clinic on the evening before the race, packet pickup at West End Park, on site parking and overflow parking locations, and awards for overall and age group placings. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
