Event Details
The Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon is held on May 30 at the Lewisburg Area Recreation Park. The event features an outdoor pool swim, a rolling bike course on open roads, and a flat run course.
The standard race distances are a 300-yard swim, a 15-mile bike, and a 5K run. There are three participation options: an individual triathlon for ages 12 and up, a 2-person relay, and a 3-person relay. For the 2026 edition, the race will use a new age group start format, where participants are seeded by their estimated swim time.
A free beginner triathlon clinic is offered the day before the race. On race day, there is a finish line celebration with food trucks. Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers, the top three relay teams, and the top three in each age group.
Parking is available near the BVRA Ice Rink, with overflow parking at the Miller Center. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
