The Leprechaun Leap 5k & 10k takes place on March 14, 2026 in Lenoir, NC 28645. The event offers two race distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5k and $40 for the 10k. Prices increase after March 7, 2026. To receive a race T-shirt on race day, registration must be completed before March 5, 2026.
Course, start/finish and awards
Both races are held on the City of Lenoir Greenway. The start and finish are at the Lenoir Rotary Soccer Complex parking lot, 1050 Zacks Fork Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645. Every runner who registers and finishes the race will receive a race medal. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers in each distance. Age group awards, for both male and female categories, are presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the following groups: 10 and under; 11-14; 15-19; then five-year bands from 20-24 through 75-79; and 80+.
