The Dirty Santa Trail Run takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Lenoir, North Carolina. The event is listed as the Third Annual edition and is the fifth and final race in the Foothills Run Series presented by UNC Ortho. The race is a 5 mile trail run that starts and finishes at the Lenoir Rotary Soccer Complex, 1050 Zacks Fork Road. The course includes almost 3 miles of single track trail on Zack's Fork Mountain Bike Trail, nearly 1.7 miles of natural field and gravel trail, and about 0.3 mile of hardtop. Race day includes registration and packet pick-up, post-race snacks with a s'mores station and hot cocoa, and post-race awards. Awards are listed for top overall male and female finishers, masters and grandmasters, and age-group top finishers with medals and trophies described for various places and age ranges. Sponsors named for the event include UNC Ortho, Mountain Running Company, Mosquito Authority, Impossible Printing, 2DayBanners, and Caldwell Pathways.
