Lee Valley Velo Park December 2027
The event takes place on 18 December 2027 at Lee Valley VeloPark, Abercrombie Road, London E20 3AB. Several distance options are offered:
- Half Marathon
- 10 Mile
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 Mile
- Junior race
The route uses the venue’s one-mile smooth tarmac circuit, described as an undulating Moto GP styled road circuit. The route follows that one-mile loop and an elevation gain of 15 m is recorded for the half marathon, one mile and junior distances. Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags and marshals will be positioned around the course. There are no pacers at this event.
Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results with mile split timing available after the race, post-race goodies and a bag drop. A water station is provided at the end of every lap and a cafe is available on site. Race pack collection is from the event village on the day; participants should bring booking confirmation and photo ID for collection. Toilets are located inside the event village.
Public transport is recommended. Nearest rail and tube stations are Stratford and Stratford International, each about a 20-minute walk from the venue. Several bus routes serve the area including 388, 308, 339, 97 and N205. Parking is not permitted in the Swimming Centre car park; parking spaces are available at Lee Valley VeloPark and Westfield car parks. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome; dogs are not permitted inside the event village. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
