Leaving Lewy Behind

Leaving Lewy Behind is a 5K walk and run on October 17, 2026, held at Ted Williams Camp, 28 Precinct Street, Lakeville, MA. The event honors a local runner and cranberry grower and raises awareness of Lewy Body Dementia.

All net proceeds are directed to the Lewy Body Dementia Association to fund education, caregiver support, awareness, and research for people and families affected by Lewy Body Dementia.

The 5K is a marked road race that uses public streets; roads will remain open to traffic. The event takes place rain or shine. Registration is open until October 12, 2026, entries are non-refundable, and a map of the 5K route is provided. The first 50 registrants receive a t-shirt. Water and light refreshments will be available while supplies last.
