Event Overview
The Leaping Leprechaun 5K Fun Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Richmond, Michigan. The event includes two distances: a 5K and a Lil Leprechaun 1 Mile.
Location & Schedule
The event will be held at Macomb Orchard Trail Park, located at the corner of 32 Mile Road and Main Street in Richmond. Packet pickup starts at 8:00 a.m. at the park.
Registration Details
Registration is available on the day of the event, opening at 8:00 a.m. Early bird pricing is available until February 1, 2026.
- For the 5K, early registration is $30 and late registration (February 2 through March 14) is $35. Registration includes a race shirt and a drink at the after party. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after March 4.
- For the 1 Mile event, early registration is $15 and late registration is $20. Registration includes a participant medal and beads.
The after party for the 5K will be held at the Commercial House.
Awards & Contest
Awards will be given to the first male and first female finishers of the 5K. There is also a best costume contest. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
