Event Overview
The Leaping Leprechaun 5K Fun Run/Walk takes place in Richmond, Michigan. The event utilizes the Macomb Orchard Trail, with the primary activity area located at the Richmond Trailhead at the corner of 32 Mile Road and Main Street. Participants can choose between two different distances:
- 5K Fun Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Participant Information
Those taking part in the 5K distance receive a race shirt and a drink at the scheduled after-party, which is held at the Commercial House. For the 5K event, awards are presented to the first male and first female finishers. There is also a contest for the best costume.
Participants in the 1 Mile Lil Leprechaun distance receive a participant medal and beads. Registration is available in advance, though shirts for the 5K are not guaranteed for those who register after March 4th.
Logistics
Packet pick-up is organized on the morning of the event at the Macomb Orchard Trail Park starting at 8:00 a.m. On-site registration is also available on the day of the race for those who did not register during the early or late registration periods.
