14th Annual Leap 4 The Lily Pad
The 14th annual Leap 4 The Lily Pad takes place on April 11, 2026 at the Methodist Rehabilitation Center green space, 102 S Perkins St, Ridgeland, MS 39157. The event is presented by Amazon and organized to raise funds for The Lily Pad Cafe and to support disability awareness.
All proceeds go toward operational costs of The Lily Pad Cafe and toward keeping the Lily Pad Training Program free for students and interns. The Lily Pad provides training and internship opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them gain employment skills. Organizers report more than $750,000 raised previously to support The Lily Pad.
Event features include a range of participation options, food and beverages, live music, and activities for children. A Pepsi Food Tent will feature drinks from Brown Bottling Group and food from local vendors. A virtual runner and walker option is available with packet mail or pick up.
No pets are allowed due to venue and insurance policies; service animals only. Fundraising is organized through The Lily Pad Foundation, which lists a goal of $20,000 and had raised $54.96 at the time of listing. The event will proceed regardless of weather.
