Event Details
The main 5K is a scenic 3.1-mile route through Dreher Park. The separate March for Mental Wellness is a half-mile walk along a scenic route in the park. This wellness walk includes pauses for activities like mini-yoga sessions, guided meditation, neuroarts creativity activities, and pet therapy. The event uses chip timing provided by Accuchip.
After the run, there is a post-run snack and an awards ceremony. All registered participants receive a men's or women's shirt. All finishers receive a medal. There are also age group awards.
Logistics
There is an early packet pickup opportunity on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Run Appeal, located at 2505 Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach. Race day packet pickup is available from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM at the race site. The entrance to Dreher Park South will close at 7:20 AM.
