Overview
This is a community run and walk organized by Le 6AM Club and LASIK MD at Messorem in Montréal, near the Lachine Canal. The event marks LASIK MD's 25th anniversary and combines a short run and a walk with a post-event gathering.
Participants can choose between the following distances:
- 5 km run
- 2 km walk
The morning includes arrival and registration, a group warm-up, the run and walk, and a post-event celebration with music, refreshments, snacks, prizes and community remarks. The event is free for the community, but registration is required and places are limited. The organizers recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the planned start. The event will take place rain or shine unless weather conditions are considered unsafe; registered participants will be notified of any changes.
Suggested items to bring include comfortable shoes for running or walking, weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle and personal energy for the activity. After the event, attendees will receive a thank-you email from LASIK MD.
