The Lane Walker Foundation Race is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026. This is the event's 16th annual edition.

Location and Course
The race starts and finishes at the Lincoln Road Park & Ride in Alma, Michigan. The course is described as accurate and paved.
Registration and Fees
Standard registration fees are $55 for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon, and $30 for the 5k Fun Walk/Run. Registration for all events opens on February 28, 2026. A group discount applies: registering three or more people at the same time provides a $3 discount per participant. Participants can also receive a refund of up to $10 by referring three or more friends.
Included Items and Policies
The entry fee for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon includes a pullover and a finisher medal. The 5k Fun Walk/Run entry fee includes a T-shirt. To be guaranteed these items, participants must register by September 27, 2026; late registrations will not receive them. Participants who do not show up on race day will forfeit their pullover, T-shirt, and finisher medal.
Timing and Logistics
The event is professionally chip-timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, with results posted during the race and online. Packet pickup begins 45 minutes before the start time of each race on the event day.

The event benefits the Lane Walker Foundation, which supports families with children who have special needs.
