Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run
The Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run is a community memorial event taking place in Rochester, Minnesota on August 15, 2026. The event begins and ends at the Eagle's Aerie #2228 (917 15th Avenue Southeast, Rochester, MN 55904) and offers two distance options.

- 1 Mile Walk
All proceeds support a memorial scholarship for students who ran track and field and/or cross country in high school, with preference given to those who continue running while pursuing a post-secondary degree. The event includes participant SWAG, with final details still being determined. Registration pricing this year will be lower and will not automatically include a shirt; registrants may opt in to purchase a shirt for an additional fee before a stated cut-off. A limited number of shirts may be available on race day without guaranteed sizes.
Participants can expect post-run refreshments and the option to purchase food and beverages from the Eagle's Club. A silent auction will take place, and volunteers assist in running the event. A virtual participation option is offered for those who cannot attend in person; virtual entries include shipped swag.
