Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run

The Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run takes place in Rochester, Minnesota on August 15, 2026, and starts and ends at Eagle's Aerie #2228, 917 15th Avenue Southeast. The event offers two course options:

8K Run
1 Mile Walk

All proceeds support the Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship assists students who competed in high school track and field and/or cross country, with preference for those who continue running while pursuing post-secondary education.

Registration will not include a shirt by default. Participants may opt in to purchase a shirt for an additional fee before a cut-off date at the end of July, with a limited number of shirts available on race day subject to size and availability. SWAG is planned but details are still being determined.

Participants can expect post-run refreshments and the option to purchase food and beverages from the Eagle's Club. A silent auction will also be part of the event.
