Event overview
The 2026 Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run takes place on August 15, 2026, in Rochester, Minnesota. The event is the third annual memorial run and walk and is organized with involvement from the Pfrimmer family and the Rochester and Stout running communities. It starts and ends at Eagle's Aerie #2228, located at 917 15th Avenue Southeast, Rochester, MN. All proceeds support the Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Scholarship, which assists students who ran track and field and/or cross country in high school, with preference for those who continue running while pursuing post-secondary education.

The event will include post-run refreshments and participants may purchase food and beverages from the Eagle's Club. A silent auction is planned. SWAG is planned but details are still being determined.
Registration pricing is tiered and the base registration price will not include a shirt. Participants may opt in to purchase a shirt for an additional fee; the shirt purchase window ends in late July (exact cut-off TBD). A limited number of additional shirts may be available on event day with no size guarantee. An 8K route has been published for the run. Volunteers are needed to support the event.
