Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run
This running and walking event takes place on August 15, 2026, in Rochester, Minnesota. The third annual Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run starts and finishes at the Eagle's Aerie #2228 on 15th Avenue Southeast.
The event features two distances:
- An 8K run
- A 1-mile walk
All proceeds from the event go to the Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship supports students who participated in high school track and field or cross country.
After the run, participants can enjoy refreshments. A silent auction will also be held. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the Eagle's Club. The event relies on volunteer support.
Registration for the in-person run or walk does not include a shirt. Participants have the option to purchase a shirt separately during registration or on the event day, with no guarantee of size availability. A virtual participation option is also available, where swag is shipped to the participant. Registration fees increase over several periods, starting with an Early Bird rate.
