2nd Annual Nucar Lakes Region 5K for Mental Health
The event is a community running event held in Tilton, New Hampshire on May 31, 2026. It includes a main 5 kilometer race and a separate kids fun run. The 5 km race has an entry fee of $35 and the kids fun run is free. The first 200 registrants receive a complimentary event t-shirt.

The event supports the Lakes Region Mental Health Center. Donations may be made directly to the center on its donation page or via a PayPal donation link. The Lakes Region Mental Health Center provides integrated mental and physical health care to residents of 24 towns in central New Hampshire, serves up to 4,000 people, and provides approximately $900,000 in charity care each year.
