Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon

Course and Format
The Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon includes four events: Sprint Tri, Super Sprint Tri, Sprint Relay Tri, and Aqua Bike. The Sprint Triathlon consists of a 600-yard lake swim, a bike course with two loops on rolling hills, and a 5K run around the lake with small inclines and a downhill final mile. Aid is available on the run course at the town hall section. A Super Sprint event is offered with a 200-yard swim, a 5.5-mile single-loop bike, and a 1.7-mile run. The events have separate male and female waves, and transition rack spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration and Fees
Online registration is available. The online prices are:
- Sprint Individual Registration: $45.00
- Super Sprint Registration: $35.00
- Relay Registration: $65.00
- Aqua/Bike: $45.00
These prices increase on race day to $60 for Sprint Individual, $45 for Super Sprint, $75 for Relay, and $60 for Aqua Bike. Online registration closes at 4:00 PM on the day of the race.
