Lake Lenape Tri/Aqua/Du : Mays Landing, New Jersey
Lake Lenape Tri/Aqua/Du is a multi-discipline event held on July 19, 2026 at Lake Lenape and the surrounding streets of Historic Mays Landing, New Jersey. The event offers individual and relay formats across triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, and swim/run disciplines. Gradient Bike Shop will provide on-site mobile bike mechanic services free of charge. NovaCare Rehabilitation will offer pre- and post-event stretching and massage services.
Event options and published entry fees include Sprint Triathlon ($95), Duathlon ($80), Aqua Bike ($80), Swim/Run ($80), Sprint Triathlon Relay ($125), and Duathlon Relay ($100).
Distances:
- Sprint triathlon: 1/4 mile swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 5k run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim, 13 mile bike
- Swim/Run: 1/4 mile swim, 5k run
The event is USAT sanctioned. Participants must have an active USAT membership valid through the event and follow USAT rules. Photo ID is required for all athletes; youths under 18 without ID must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with photo ID. Additional race rules include prohibition of headphones, no drafting beyond the allowed pass interval, secure helmet chin straps while handling a bike, and restrictions on riding in transition.
Awards are offered across multiple categories, including Overall, Age Group, Clydesdale/Athena, PC/ID Open, Overall Non-Binary, and top relay teams.
