Lake District Duathlons - Grasmere

The Lake District Duathlons in Grasmere is a highly anticipated annual event set for March 29, 2025. Participants will enjoy scenic routes around Grasmere Village and Water, featuring both a Sprint (5km run, 20km cycle, 2.5km run) and a Standard (10km run, 40km cycle, 5km run) duathlon. The event also includes 5km and 10km trail runs.

Competitors will have access to a secure transition area and will receive Wild Deer merchandise, medals, snacks, and drinks upon finishing.
