LADYCAT ULTRA

LADYCAT ULTRA is a 12-hour road and dirt endurance event held in Mena, AR. Runners must complete a 3.22-mile loop each hour; failure to finish a lap within the hour means elimination. Completing a lap early gives additional recovery time before the next round.

After 11 successful rounds, the remaining runners advance to a 12th round where they compete head-to-head to determine the overall winner. The format emphasizes pacing, race strategy, discipline, and sustained effort over multiple hours.

Each round consists of two loops that combine for a total of 3.22 miles. Loop 1 travels through a cottage area. Loop 2 bypasses the cottages and follows the main course route. The course surface includes paved roads and a short section of dirt road.
