AdventHealth Lady Track Shack 5K
The AdventHealth Lady Track Shack 5K is a women only road race held in Winter Park, Florida, with an in-person 5K and a virtual category open to supporters. The event benefits the AdventHealth Breast Cancer Care Fund; every dollar raised goes directly to that fund to support patient resources, financial assistance, and breast cancer research.

Included race amenities listed by the organizer are a T-shirt, finisher medal, and a live finisher plant. The event features B-Tag timing, a gear check, a silent auction, and an AdventHealth recovery area offering physical therapy and massages. Cancer survivors receive a special race number and a gift. The first 125 registered children for the Kids' Run receive a T-shirt and a finisher ribbon.
Entry options include in-person and virtual participation. Tiered fees apply across registration periods, with reduced fees for ages 17 and under and 65 and over, and a group discount for three or more participants. Personalized bibs are available for entries submitted by October 4. All entry fees are non-refundable; bib swaps are prohibited. Transfers to another participant are allowed for a fee and must be completed before bib pickup begins.
The 5K course starts and finishes on Park Avenue and follows Interlachen Avenue and Alabama Drive with views of Lake Maitland. Wheelchair and handcycle athletes are accommodated with specific participation rules and award categories. A 15 minute per mile pace requirement is enforced to meet municipal course time limits.
