Lace Up & Run 4 Good

Lace Up & Run 4 Good is a social trail run at Jonkershoek Nature Reserve in Stellenbosch that supports the Grassroot Soccer Foundation. Participants book an hourly time slot across the morning and run or hike a one-hour route on the designated Jonkershoek trail at their own pace.

Each ticket includes entry to the Jonkershoek hiking and running route for a one-hour slot, the chance to trial Goodr sunglasses while on the trail, a goodie bag with a discount code for Goodr sunglasses, a coffee and a treat, and entry into a lucky draw for a giveaway hamper. Ticket price is R360 and every ticket sold supports Grassroot Soccer.

Organisers ask entrants to follow safety and site rules: stay on the designated route, carry water where possible, no littering, and no dogs, bicycles, or scooters on the route. Entrants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk; the organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the event if conditions make it unsafe, and in such cases ticket fees may be treated as donations to Grassroot Soccer.
