The 5th Annual Lace-Up for Lifeway takes place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Cuero, Texas. The event center is listed at 403 East Sarah St, Cuero, TX 77954. The event program includes multiple race options with the following distances and formats:
- Half marathon
- 5K
- Kids Race (ages 1 - 18)
- Sleep-In / Virtual Half Marathon
- Sleep-In / Virtual 5K
Entry fees shown are $70 for the half marathon (and virtual half), $30 for the 5K (and virtual 5K), and $10 for the kids race. Race fees increase after January 20, 2026. Some event registrations close on February 21, 2026.

Proceeds benefit Lifeway Baptist School. The organizer states the school provides a Christian-oriented, curriculum-centered education and aims to support spiritual, physical, mental and social development.
