Lace Up For Haiti is a charitable 5km run and walk event held at Strathcona Beach Park in Kelowna, British Columbia. The scenic course features a closed figure-8 loop passing through Kelowna’s Abbott Street Heritage Corridor and Pandosy Waterfront Park, offering beautiful views of Okanagan Lake and the valley. Participants can join in person or virtually, with staggered starts for runners and walkers.
The event supports Haiti in My Heart, an organization providing education to over 300 children in Haiti. Finishers receive a unique Haitian artisan spoon, swag bags, and ice cream made with authentic Haitian vanilla. Post-race festivities include Jamaican-fusion food and community celebration.
