Lace ’Em & Race ’Em 5K/7K Series 2026
The Lace ’Em & Race ’Em Series is a five-race running series held on the same course in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The series uses a consistent fast, scenic course for each event so participants can compare results across races and track changes in endurance and speed. Distances offered at each race include:
- 5K
- 7K
Medals are awarded to all participants at every race. A cash grand prize is offered to the male and female athlete with the most improved time across the series; to qualify an athlete must complete at least three of the five races, including the finale. Individual winners at each race will receive prizes, a feature noted as new for 2026.
Additional on-site features listed for race days include music, post-race snacks, and a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Kids under 18 run free with a registered adult. Shirts and Rocket Racing BOCO hats are available for purchase. Single-race registration options are offered in advance and on race day, with ticket prices reported in the mid forties to mid fifties US dollars and shirts not included with basic entry.
