Lace 'Em & Race 'Em 5K/7K Series - 2026
The Lace 'Em & Race 'Em Series is a five-race series held on the same fast, scenic course in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. Each edition uses the identical course so participants can compare times across the season and track changes in endurance and speed.

Medals are awarded to all participants at every race. A cash grand prize is reserved for the most improved athlete overall, one male and one female, based on time improvement across the series. To qualify for the grand prize, a runner must complete at least three of the five races, including the finale. Individual race winners receive prizes; this prize program is new for 2026.
Additional event details include free entry for children under 18 who run with a registered adult, music and post-race snacks, and the availability of shirts and Rocket Racing BOCO hats for purchase. Single-race tickets are offered as race day registration purchases; a race day registration option does not include a t-shirt.
