Lace 'Em & Race 'Em 5K/7K Series
This event is one race in a five-race series held on the same course in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The series is designed so participants can compare times across multiple races and track changes in endurance and speed over the season.

Each race awards a medal to all participants. A cash grand prize is reserved for the most improved athletes across the series, one male and one female, provided they complete at least three of the five races including the finale. Individual winners at each race receive prizes. Children under 18 may run free when accompanied by a registered adult.
The event includes music and post-race snacks. Apparel and accessories such as shirts and Rocket Racing BOCO hats are available for purchase. Registration options include preorder single race tickets and race day registration; ticket prices are listed in the range of about $45 to $56 plus service fees and some ticket types do not include a t-shirt.
