Labor Day 5K - Orlando
The Labor Day 5K is a timed running event held at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin in Orlando, Florida on September 6, 2026. The race distance is 5K and the course follows an out and back route around Lake Baldwin with views of the water and shaded sections along much of the route. The event is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc.
Timing is provided with RFID chip technology and individual results are available, including a custom finisher certificate, pace breakdown and a short video clip of each runner crossing the start and finish. All participants receive a moisture wicking performance shirt, race bib, finisher medal, a commemorative bag and additional snacks and drinks.
Entry details include a listed registration fee of $30.00, with registration opening June 22, 2026 and closing July 6, 2026. Discounted pricing is offered for Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders with a $15 reduction and for participants 17 and under with a $10 reduction; the youth discount is applied automatically during registration. Packet pick up information is to be announced.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall and in age group categories. Age groups include 10 & Under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; and 80+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
