Happy Easter 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon Long Beach
A Better World Running stages the Happy Easter series on Sunday, March 28, 2027, along the Long Beach Shoreline Path in Belmont Shores at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803.
The course uses the beachfront path and consists of marked out-and-back loops on an open course. Participants are asked to be courteous to other pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. An aid station at the turnaround near the start and finish supplies water cups, bottled water, Gatorade cups, and energy gels. Course maps are provided for each distance.

- 5k out and back
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
Registration includes a custom finisher medal and a drawstring goodie bag. The event provides free videos, live results at finish, age-group awards to be picked up at the race, bib-linked photos, cinematic highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, an Ascend Index ranking, Ascend Crew features, and a complimentary A Better World Running app. Snacks and samples are available on site.
Transfers are handled by contacting the organizer and there is a no-refund policy. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; participants who need more time can request an early start from the organizer. Race day registration accepts credit card, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal with published fees for each distance. Parking is free in nearby residential streets; paid beach parking is available by ticket or Passport Parking app zone 9372. Volunteers may arrange exchanges for free entries.
