Spring Equinox 5K, 10K, 15K & Half Marathon in Long Beach
This event takes place on March 21, 2027 on the Belmont Shore beach path along Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach, California (5400 E. Ocean Blvd., 90803). The course is described as flat and scenic and consists of marked out-and-back loops on the beach path. The event is chip timed and uses turnout-based aid at the start/finish turnaround.

- 5K out-and-back route
- 10K two 5K loops
- 15K three 5K loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
An aid station at the turnaround supplies water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Registration includes custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos, live results at finish, free photos tied to bibs, cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, age group awards available for pickup at the race only, and access to the event app and Ascend features such as rankings and crew tracking. An assortment of snacks and samples will be available.
Race day registration fees are listed as 5K $35, 10K $40, 15K $45, and half marathon $50. There is a stated no-refund policy; transfers are allowed by request. A 3 hour 15 minute time limit applies to the half marathon. Parking is free in residential areas; a paid beach parking lot is available by ticket machine or app (zone 9372).
