La Course TROIS, 2, 1, GO! is a charity run taking place on August 22 2026 at Parc Maisonneuve in Montreal. Presented by Caisse Desjardins du Centre-est de Montréal, the event highlights difference and inclusion in a sporting and festive setting. It is the main fundraising event of the year for the Regroupement pour la Trisomie 21 RT21.
Since its inception the event has raised more than 1 million dollars. Funds support RT21’s mission and help provide quality low cost services to people with trisomy 21 and their families.
Stated goals include raising public awareness about trisomy 21 to reduce prejudice, building a support community to counter family isolation, and encouraging healthy habits across age groups.
