La Course TROIS, 2, 1, GO! takes place on August 22, 2026 at Parc Maisonneuve in Montreal for its 19th edition. The event is presented by Caisse Desjardins du Centre-est de Montréal and emphasizes celebration of difference and inclusion.
It is the main annual fundraiser for the Regroupement pour la Trisomie 21 (RT21). Since its inception the event has raised more than 1 million dollars to support RT21’s mission. Funds help provide quality, low-cost services to people with Down syndrome and their families.
Offered distances include:
- 1 km (registration from 15 $)
- 2.5 km (registration from 25 $)
- 5 km (registration from 40 $)
- 10 km (registration from 50 $)
Event objectives highlighted in communications are awareness raising about Down syndrome to reduce prejudice, reducing isolation of families and building a support community, and promoting active healthy habits across ages.
