About the race
La Course des Pinces / Claw Run is the official race of the Shediac Lobster Festival, held in Shediac, New Brunswick, Canada. The 2025 event, its fourth edition, offers two race distances: 5 km and 10 km, with the 5 km designated as part of the Super Series. Participants can run or walk along a scenic course starting on Belliveau Avenue.
The event features chip timing, race bibs, medals, and event-branded buffs. Race kits are available for pickup on race day morning at the festival site. After the race, a community breakfast is offered for purchase, enhancing the festive and social atmosphere of this popular summer event.
