Claw Run

The Claw Run is the official running event of the Shediac Lobster Festival in New Brunswick. Approaching its fifth edition in 2026, the event offers certified courses within the town of Shediac. The competition is open to both runners and walkers, integrating competitive sport with local festival celebrations.

Participants can choose between two primary distances:

5 km (Provincial Championship and SuperSeries distance)
10 km

The 5 km race serves as the Provincial Open Championship and is part of the RunNB SuperSeries standings. Established in 2022, the event organizes its start on Brown Street, with race day registration and kit pickup occurring at the festival site entrance tent on Festival Street (Belliveau Street).
