Kosse Greyhound 5K Run/Walk : Kosse City Park
The Kosse Greyhound 5K Run/Walk is an annual community race held in Kosse, Texas. The 19th edition takes place on June 13, 2026, at Kosse City Park, 201 E. Adams, Kosse TX 76653. The event supports projects for Kosse City Park and the Kosse Community Center, a 501(c)(3) charity (ID 74-2308006).
The course is USATF certified (TX17026LAB) and runs on paved country roads surrounded by trees and pastureland. Professional chip timing and event management are provided by Pro-Fit Race Timing. Participants of all ages may run, walk, jog or stroll.
Distances offered:
- 5K - chip timed on a USATF certified paved country road course
- 1 Mile Fun Run - open to all ages for a shorter course
