Komga Cabbage Patch 2026
Komga Cabbage Patch is a running and cycling event held at the Komga Show Grounds in Qumrha, Eastern Cape, South Africa. The event uses farm and rural roads through the Komga farm district, combining quiet gravel roads, open farmlands and rolling terrain.

Routes take participants off the beaten track into farm country with undulating terrain that is not overly technical but includes climbs and varied surfaces. The setting offers wide open views, fresh air, occasional cow sightings and a mix of gravel and farm roads. The event provides complimentary cabbages to participants at the finish.
