Event Overview
The Kohler Classic is a community running and walking event offering multiple race distances. It is organized by the Kohler Athletic Bomber Boosters (KABB), a non-profit organization supporting local school athletic programs.
Race Distances
The event features three different race distances:
- A 100-meter dash for children aged 4 and under.
- A 1-mile run/walk.
- A 5K run/walk.
Event Details
The races start and finish at Ebben Field, located across the street from Kohler School at 333 Upper Road in Kohler, Wisconsin. The 1-mile and 5K courses wind through local residential neighborhoods and are described as relatively flat with a few mild hills.
All participants registered by May 15, 2026, are guaranteed to receive an official event t-shirt and a goodie bag. Packet pickup and registration are available on the day before the event and on race morning at Ebben Field.
Medals are awarded to the top finishers in various age groups for both the 1-mile and 5K races. All participants in the children's 100-meter dash receive a medal.
Activities and Amenities
The event includes additional family-friendly activities such as a bouncy house with an obstacle course for children, a brat fry, and a post-race color celebration.
