Kohler Classic
The Kohler Classic is an annual community fitness event held in Kohler, Wisconsin. Organized by the Kohler Athletic Bomber Boosters, Inc., the event raises funds to support various athletic programs for local high school, middle school, and youth teams. All activities begin and end at Ebben Field, located across the street from Kohler School at 333 Upper Road.
The event features three primary distances:
- 100 Meter Dash (distance for children aged 4 and under)
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (available for participants aged 5 and over)
- 5K Run/Walk (available for participants aged 5 and over)
The course for the 1 Mile and 5K events leads participants through the historic and residential neighborhoods of Kohler. The route is described as relatively flat with some mild hills. The 100 Meter Dash takes place on the track at Ebben Field.
Registered participants receive an official 2026 event T-shirt and a goodie bag, provided registration is completed by the mid-May deadline. Medals are awarded to top finishers across various age categories in the 1 Mile and 5K races, and all participants in the 100 Meter Dash receive a medal.
The event site includes restrooms and two parking lots. On-site activities include an obstacle course bouncy house for children, a brat fry, and a color celebration. For safety, bicycles, rollerblades, skates, scooters, and dogs are not permitted on the course. Strollers are welcome, with the request that those pushing them start at the back of the pack.
