Knees 2 War takes place in Hillsdale, OK at Hillsdale Christian School. The 1-mile course is an out-and-back. The 5K and 10K follow a USATF certified loop course and use manual timing. The race start/finish area is on Main St.
Registration fees and virtual options are listed for each distance, with registration available through April 23 at 11:59 PM US/Central for the listed rates. The "Anna" Style entry is a prayer-only option; a $5 increase in that fee covers t-shirt delivery.
Packet pick-up is available early on the Friday before the event at Hillsdale Christian School, with additional packet pick-up and on-site registration on race day at the school. Participants who pre-register at least two weeks before the event are guaranteed t-shirts in their packets; later registrants receive shirts while supplies last.
An awards ceremony follows the races. 10K and 5K awards include top overall male and female and three-deep age-division awards. 1-mile awards go to the top three finishers. Refreshments and water are provided for participants. Proceeds support efforts to bring HOPE to children in India.
