Kleefeld Honey Run
The Kleefeld Honey Run takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in Kleefeld. The event includes a road 5 km and a Youth Mini Milk Run with age-specific distances.
- 300 m loop for ages 7 and under
- 1 km run for ages 8 and up
- 5 km road race
Registration opens April 1 with a race capacity of 375 runners. The 5 km fee is listed at $20 per runner and the youth series fee is $10 per runner. There will be no race day registration.
Race kit pickup is available in Winnipeg on Thursday, September 17 at the listed shop and in Kleefeld the morning of race day near the start area. The 5 km is chip timed and bibs should be visible on the front of the shirt. Strollers are welcome from the back of the field; bikes, motorized chairs, and animals are requested to stay off the route.
The course is well marked and supported by volunteers led by the Kleefeld fire department. A water station is at the halfway mark and water is available at the finish. Washrooms and portable toilets are provided on site.
On-site features include a Bartel Honey Farms booth selling local honey for cash, a WinSAR first aid and reunification tent, post-race snacks and massage, and announcements of prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
