Event overview
Kingdom Run is the 1st annual community race presented by Run Different on Saturday, January 17, 2026, in Fate, Texas. The event takes place at Rober Smith Family Park, 1220 CD Boren Pkwy., Fate, TX 75087. The program includes multiple ways to participate: a Kid's Dash, a 5K, a 1 Mile option, and a virtual option.
Race details and logistics
- Kid's Dash - free; a 100–200 meter sprint for young children.
- 5K - entry fee $35; eligible for age group and overall awards.
- 1 Mile - entry fee $18; untimed and not eligible for age group awards.
- Virtual Option - entry fee $40; shirt and medal shipped the week of the race.
Registration benefits for the 5K and 1 Mile include an event-themed participation t-shirt (register by 01/03 to guarantee size) and a 6-inch finisher medal. Age group awards for the 5K are given four deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 through 80+. Overall medals are listed for overall male, overall female, male and female masters (40+), and male and female grand masters (60+). Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped. The organizer notes that 100% of profits and donations will be given to Encounter Church (Fate). Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry as a thank-you.
