Event Details

The Kimberly Geeslin Memorial 5K Run/Walk is a community event sponsored by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Indiana University Bloomington. It is the third edition of the event, held in memory of Kimberly Geeslin.

The event takes place at Switchyard Park in Bloomington, Indiana. Check-in is at the picnic shelter next to the playground. Registration is possible on the day of the event.

Charitable Cause

All proceeds from the run go directly to Monroe County Habitat for Humanity Women+ Build. The event is run in support of this organization, which Kimberly Geeslin actively supported.

Participation Information

The event includes a single 5K distance for both runners and walkers. The event will be held unless there is hazardous weather like thunderstorms. Participants may bring strollers.
