Kicking PancreAS™ 5K - Alberta
Kicking PancreAS™ 5K takes place on June 13, 2026 at Confluence Plaza, St. Patrick's Island, 12 Street Northeast, Calgary, Alberta. The event is a 5 km run/walk that allows participants to walk or run and set personal goals at their own pace.
This is the first edition held in Alberta and is organized to raise funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer. Funds raised support four pillars: public awareness, healthcare education, patient support, and Canadian research. A printable pledge form is available to assist with in-person fundraising.
Registration options include individual, youth, team, and family rates, with early-bird pricing during a stated registration period. Race kit pickup is scheduled the day before at Running Room, Glenmore Landing Shopping Centre, 1600 90 Ave SW A126, Calgary. Spots are limited and there is no onsite registration.
Participants receive a finisher medal, running bib, and event swag. Route details and additional event information will be provided later. Organizers encourage wearing purple and glow-in-the-dark gear; costumes are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
