K.I.A. Memorial Roadmarch

The K.I.A. Memorial Roadmarch is scheduled for August 15, 2026 in Chestnut Ridge Park, Orchard Park, New York. The event includes an opening ceremony and on-site activities such as a photo booth, vendor row, live music, and food service. Day-of registration, weigh-ins, and packet pick-up are available at the entrance.

Format and features

5 miles - Roadmarch course
10 km - Individual challenger

Participants may march, run, walk, or crawl and may carry rucks (backpacks) filled with non-perishable goods. Carrying a weight is optional; donations may be dropped off before the Roadmarch. The organizer requests a minimum donation weight of 30 pounds for those contributing items. Entries are available as individual or team registrations. The event is open to current and retired military, first responders, and civilians. Finisher items include a medal; the first 100 registered receive a T-shirt, and a challenge medal is available for those who register for the Roadmarch with the Challenge.
